Her grandmother, who raised her up to age 3 told the H3 Podcast interviewers that she was brought up in the slums by Poarch. Kenneth Taylor was an American and Eden Taylor, his wife, was adopted by her. The Poarchs explained that over the next 10 years she spent a majority of her time working on the family farm as well as taking care of chores.
